What information we collect, use, and why

For providing services and goods, including delivery: names and contact details; addresses; purchase or account history; payment details (including card or bank information for transfers and direct debits).

For the operation of customer accounts and guarantees: names and contact details; marketing preferences.

For research or archiving purposes: names and contact details; location data; website and app user-journey information; records of consent, where appropriate.

To comply with legal requirements: name; contact information.

For recruitment purposes: contact details (e.g. name, address, telephone number, personal email); National Insurance number; copies of passports or other photo ID; employment history; education history; right-to-work information; details of any criminal convictions (e.g. DBS, Access NI, Disclosure Scotland checks).

For dealing with queries, complaints, or claims: names and contact details; address; account information; purchase or service history; relevant information from previous investigations.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how this website is used. By default we collect aggregate, cookie-less pageview data only - we see how many people visit which pages, but we can’t recognise you across visits and no cookies are set on your device. If you accept our cookie consent banner, we additionally set cookies that let us recognise repeat visits, which gives us a richer understanding of how the site performs. We don’t sell, share, or track you across other sites, and we don’t use this data for advertising. You can change your choice at any time by clearing cookies for this site.

Your data protection rights

Our lawful bases

We rely on consent for providing services and goods, operating customer accounts, research and archiving, and dealing with queries, complaints, and claims. Recruitment additionally relies on contract and legal obligation. Legal-requirement processing relies on legal obligation.
